Rooms are equipped with adequate facilities, including comfy beds and clean bathrooms with good water pressure.
Some guests noticed the thin walls and doors that didn't provide enough sound insulation, which could lead to sleep disturbance.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs as it was close to the places I wanted to see. the staff was also really friendly, and they made sure to make me feel at home during my stay. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the safety measures that were in place. It gave me peace of mind knowing that the hotel took my safety seriously.
The pillows were too tall for my preference, and there were no options to switch them out. the walls and doors were also quite thin, and I could hear noise from outside and the adjacent rooms.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and made sure I had a comfortable room on the first floor. The hotel's location was quite convenient as it was situated in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping centres. The staff members were friendly and ensured that all my requests were promptly taken care of. I also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, including a pool and gym that were well-maintained.
My Christmas stay was far from perfect. The pillows provided were extremely thick and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
